This year NPCC camp gave me a feeling that it is not well prepare. When i reach there in the afternoon it is like a mess, NCO is all limited, cadet is mainly taken care of by the CI. It drag sometime to get everyone ready. Lucky with the help of CI, the NCO could prepare the thing that should prepare before hand like the ration for the cadet.
It went well till night, search and rescue was indeed a good "game" for the cadet as they will learn to report to NCO when there group mate is missing.
Second day was a tiring day man, 'amazing race" was indeed fun but there is too much of walking, lucky my group 'doesn't' have any unwell person hahaa. Delta determination was good, although they did not go to all places but they willing to walk.
Next, our campfire was 'cool' doing it under shelter. building was not burn or we will sing building is burning instead of campfire is burning.
In the morning 4 am there was a fire drill it was funny man cos my friendzz nigel command with mistake. Last day, everyone do the same thing and clean up and go home.
Any way NCO you guy did your best, keep up the good work and do better in npcc and your study.
