Speech day in mayflower secondary

This year the speech day in mayflower secondary school was a bit rush as it been push forward.
A big problem appear, people who join Uniform group is rather lesses than the pass. Which cause some man-power problem. GOH should perform the best in each NCC and NPCC, but instead even these that do not have GOH standard also join GOH.
But any way it went thought smoothly, thank to the rain, hahaa.
